April 26

My little Punkin Syd has been running a fever today. It started around 99.6 this morning and went up by dinner time. I'm not sure what it is...I think she is getting ready for some teeth. :( Poor little girl.

April 25

Poor Dan. He is so wiped out by the end of the weekend. Now that he is busy with Docks, he is working 7 days a week, and 11 or 12 hour days on the weekend. This was shortly after the kids went to bed. He couldn't stay awake.

April 24

Loaded the kids up and went to the mall today. Found some REDICULOUS deals at Gap. All sale stuff was an additional 40% off, and I sort of opened up a card so I could save another 20% off everything. Yikes! :)

April 23

Three things I love about this:
1) that my husband had the brilliance to find this beautiful {white} embroidered print Potter Barn Chair
2) that I agreed to make this purchase, knowing that I was pregnant and would have little ones in our house soon.
3) that my sweet son is expressing this artistic abilities.

Chicken skewers on the grill and cheesy rice for dinner. Wow did that hit the spot!

April 21

Ok, here we go again. I have to get back into it! I did the 30 day shred back in February, and although I hated it...I really liked the results. Day one down, only 29 more to go!

April 20

The "mow-mow" as Bryce refers to it. He played with this at a friend's house, and loved it. He cried the entire way home, so what did I do? Drove to Meijer that night and bought him one. Way to encourage rotten behavior Sara! I know. I was going to get it for his birthday anyway, this just sped up the purchase. He has not stopped pushing this thing around for the last 2 days. Best $17 I've spent.

April 19

We were outside almost all day. Started with a play date over at Kathryn's, then naps, then back outside. It was fun to watch Sydney check out the grass and sit up like a big girl.

April 18

Bryce loves to go in and wake Sydney up. He crawls up on her crib and says "Mowwww-eeeey" (morning). She gets such a kick out of him.

April 17

Charlotte's 2nd Birthday party! I was glad to have something to keep us busy since Dan was gone doing docks all day.

April 16

Went to the park to take a walk with some friends. We met up with Cortney, Beckie, Kathryn, Sarah B., and Trina (and all the kiddos). It turned out to be pretty cold, so we didn't stay too long. Syd LOVED the swing though!

April 15

Dad and Andrea were in Lansing, so they decided to come hang out for the afternoon. It was a beautiful, almost summer-like day! So nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors.

April 14

On any given day from about 7:00am until 5 minutes before Dan gets home, this is what my kitchen looks like. (actually, this is pretty tame). I'm like a tornado, and that is very dificult when you are married to someone with (undiagnosed) O.C.D. :) If he could see what this house looks like all day long. I really need to start cleaning as I go!

April 13

This boy cracks me up. With no prompting from me, he found Dan's tie and was totally trying to wear it. I didn't realize that he paid attention to Dan when he gets ready in the morning. The hat was all him too. What a goof!

April 12

I've been trying not to watch so much tv at night. It was getting pretty bad! I had at least one show that I "had" to watch every night! I've been doing quite well (now that I'm hooked...errr...mildly interested in the Twilight books). There is just something about Dancing with the Stars that I can't get enough of though!

I'm not going to lie...I'm a big fan of red meat! (although this sorta grosses me out looking at this picture) We cooked some steaks on the grill then sat by the fire with a bottle of wine :) Great way to end the weekend.
