Spent the majority of Memorial day relaxing. (aka nursing a terrible hangover). Hit up Meijer for some much needed groceries. As always, brought the circus along with us.

May 30

Darcy and Sarah came into town on their way back from up north. Sarah and I went up to Blue Water Grill for some drinks and the guys stayed back and made us dinner. We lost track of time, and how much we drank, and ended up getting home later {and much more drunk...well, me at least} than we planned. I sure payed for that the next day.

May 29

Took a drive up to Silver Lake to see the property and meet up with Tom, Pat, Jason and the girls. It was such a beautiful day! We went out to a late lunch, the kids went swimming at the State Park, then we went out for Ice Cream. Man, does Bryce love those cousins!!

May 28

Bryce has been playing with the camera lately. He took this picture of Dan. Thankfully I was able to delete the many other pictures that didn't turn out so well. {See here}

After the kids went to bed, Dan and I were hanging out in the yard, and the sunset was amazing. The colors were even more beautiful in person that night.

May 26

A thunder storm hit super fast, so we sat out in the garage to watch the rain. Bryce was having a ball. The thunder and lightning didn't scare him a bit. (Sydney either? Although I was holding her the whole time). It was all fun and games until the garage floor got a little wet, and Bryce bit it...landing smack on the side of his head. Oops!

May 25

She's had these two teeth for a few weeks now, but I had not been able to get the picture. Here they are, along with lots of sweet potatos!

May 24

I had some errands to run, so Dan was holding down the fort. I uploaded the pictures and found this one. Too funny. I'm the one who takes all the pictures, so I was quite surprised to see this. Goofy boys. =)

May 23

Dan was working on Sunday, so we decided to take it easy and skip church this week. I tried to do a little yard work while Syd napped. It was about 75 degrees by 10am, but of course, Bryce insisted on wearing his winter snow boots outside. Again, not a battle I was in the mood to have. {see here}

May 22

Our neighborhood had a little get together down at the park. All the kids were playing in the sprinkler bears so Bryce figured he would dive in too. Somehow he got lost in the commotion of kids, and when I spotted him, he was the life of the party :)

May 21

I didn't realize how good this girl has gotten with her little hands until I gave her some puffs to eat. Wow! She had no trouble picking them up and getting them right to her mouth.

May 20

Bryce and I had some fun "one on one" time while Sydney napped today. We played with bubbles, jumped off the big rocks, went for a little walk, and took pictures. This was what I found when I uploaded my pictures. Nice!

May 19

Hung out with Amy and Charlotte for the day. Bryce and Charlotte got lots of sun (see the red cheeks) and very little rest. This was our attempt to wind them down.

May 17

Went to my happy place today :) Literally. Spent all of the gift card (and then some). That place gets me into trouble.

Project Life Tuesday

I am so behind on my actual album.  I am so glad that I've been keeping up with the pictures (and journaling) on the blog so I can go back and actually get this done.  What a slacker.  :)
